On Thursday, October 8th Bethel Firefighter Walter Dugdale of The Bethel Volunteer Fire Department and Firefighter Jon Menti of the Stony Hill Volunteer Fire Company were honored by the Danbury Exchange Club as the Bethel Firefighters of the year. (Click here for more)

On Thursday, October 22nd Firefighters Lieutenant Christopher (Chip) Daly, Walter Dugdale and Jon Menti were honored at the Salute to Connecticut’s Bravest at the Aqua Turf in Plainville, CT by the Connecticut District Exchange Club along with 20 other firefighters from across the state. Upcoming Programs of Service
On November 5th we will honor 2 students as our Youth of the Month. Owen Stenabaugh from Henry Abbott Technical High School and Mary Wooster from the Alternative Center for Excellance.

On November 12th we will honor seven (7) veterans at our Annual Veteran's Day Program.

On November 18th we will hold our "Thanksgiving Baskets" night to fill baskets of food and Turkeys for distribution to clients of our local Child Abuse Prevention Agencies.

On November 19th we will hold our monthly Board of Director's meeting at Tonelli's Restaurant in Bethel @5:30PM.
