The Danbury Exchange Club, Inc.
The Danbury Exchange Club is part of a National Exchange Organization – the largest exclusively American service club organization in the nation.  The First Exchange Club was formed in Detroit, Michigan in 1911.  The Danbury Club was chartered in 1947.  Exchange is a goal-oriented organization that concentrates its efforts in three categories: Youth related projects, American citizenship and Community Service.  Our National goal is the prevention of child abuse.

The Danbury Exchange Club Foundation, Inc.
The Danbury Exchange Club Foundation, Inc. was incorporated in 2007 when we obtained our tax exempt 501 (C) 3 status from the Internal Revenue Service.  The Foundation is the fund raising arm of the Exchange Club of Danbury.

The recipients for this year’s program are: Edmund Deveaux, Air Force; Willard Lindsay, Marine Corp; Jose Gomes, Marine Corp; John Valuzzo, Army; John Hill, Marine Corp; Arlindo Almeida, Army and Daniel Settanni, Navy

Thursday November 11th – Youth of the Month – Henry Abbott Tech HS and Alternative Center for Excellence
Representing Henry Abbott Tech HS is Brittany Ronan and representing the Alternative Center for Excellence is Amethyst Rosado.

Wednesday, November 19th – Thanksgiving Food Baskets for the Child Abuse Centers
The Thanksgiving Baskets of Food will be assembled by members and their spouses to be distributed to clients of the Danbury Regional Child Advocacy Center and Children and Family Aid, Inc.

Sunday, December 7th – Christmas Party
Members and their spouses will gather for our Annual Christmas Party at Anthony’s Lake Café @ 2PM on December 7th.

Thursday, December 18th – Youth of the Month – Danbury High School
Two students will be honored as youth of the month recipients from Danbury High School
